Thumbs up: Mulligan's

Interested in knowing what I think? I will gladly share my dining experiences here with you. And no, I am not shamelessly "plugging" any restaurant for pay, nor for free, just thought some of you would like to know where we go, what we eat, how it was...

We went to Mulligan's at Divi Links for sandwiches July 4 and really liked it there. The music was pleasant, not loud, great selection. The high chair was the most comfortable we have ever found at any restaurant (but could be a little cleaner) - proof? baby Armelle enjoyed her seat, all through the meal.
The host was nice and accommodating, waitress Sandra was pleasant, she really knew her menu and was friendly and welcoming - to everyone (I was observing, writing an article!).

We could watch the soccer game from our table, while husband and I shared Dutch meat croquettes (bitterballen) and the Saporo (Japanese inspired chicken and pork sates). He had the Mulligan's sandwich, I had the prosciutto - both great and THEN... I had dessert, and if nothing else makes me return (I do have to go back for another sandwich, maybe pizza or very creative salad), this will: banana clafouti with nutmeg icecream and a white chocolate swirl. Our bill, including tax, fresh orange juice spritzer, sprite, two beers, one cappuccino, was just over US$ 60. No service charge, but needless to say, we left a nice tip - Sandra deserved it.

sounds delicious
i cannot believe that you had room for dessert!!

i think that dessert should be served in place of an appetizer
also
instead of an entree

our friends that own a unit at divi village eat lunch at mulligans quite often and rave about it.

Hi Andrea,
We ate reaaaaally slow, and we "munched" after no decent breakfast and certainly no lunch...
Since we share our love for dessert: I was trying to get Gregory to do his "pear dessert again at Casa Tua. It was so good, but Victor (his dad, the co-owner) told me they could not always get pears, etc. It was a hassle, I understood. Still I miss it.
Any other great dessert tips?
Thanks for sharing, Margaret
