I meant the Old Fisherman. So many good reviews of Old Man and the Sea we will definitely try it. Is Old Fisherman still good?

The Old Fisherman is still as good as ever. If they happen to have the Tomato soup as the soup of the day at the Ren Island, get it - it's the best we've had.

My downtown pic is La Fondue. With its charming little nooks, 3 course meal deals (choose from 4 salads, 4 cheese fondues and 4 combos of meats/fish/etc to fondue, and also to fondue in oil, broth, or wine) for a low single price. Romantic, fun, and with a great little courtyard bar to boot. Add on a chocolate fondue for a decadent finish!

CindyO's response may seem a little vague, so I'll clarify our experience at LaFondue. I'm not a big eater, but, I was starved after my last visit to LaFondue.....so hungry that I went to Sbarro on the way back to Renaissance to get more food. It was pricey too.

Just goes to show you that opinions on a restaurant can vary widely.
