Tulip now has a Sunday Champagne Brunch - the FIRST Sunday of every month!

$30 all-you-can eat with both lunch and breakfast items from 11:30am-2:30pm. The price includes the 15% service charge and unlimted champagne and mimosas.

I'm guessing that they're just trying this out and that if it starts to become popular it will be every Sunday.
