Le Petit Cafe - they serve shrimp, steak and lobster on a hot stone that you can cook your own food on. I got the surf and turf and enjoyed making it my way.

I agree about the lighthouse restaurant...The view is spectacular, can't beat that! DH and I went the last night of our honeymoon, the food was good, the wine too but before we knew it, we had dropped over $100 and had been there less than an hour from apps to dessert...time just flew by and then we were like, ok , what do we do for the rest of the night??? Casino??!!

great listings of restaurants with a different theme

Hi steel I see you are looking at different restaurants to go to while in Aruba.
I love Blossoms at Westin which is Asian, Japanese and Tepanyaki table.
Ostrich Farm is awesome and have a nice tour and great burgers, this would be great while on a tour of the island and stop here for lunch.http: //www.arubaostrichfarm.com/
Buccaneer is also known for reasonable prices and their aquariums for over 3 decades, great seafood, See for yourself http://picasaweb.google.com/Bellarub...estaurantVideo#
Aqua Grill and Driftwood also has great seafood.
El Gaucho, Mmmm also another 3 decade restaurant http://www.elgaucho-aruba.com/
There are many great restaurants on the ocean such as Passions, Hyatts Pampered in paradise, Simply Fish at Marriott and so many more for a romantic evening never to forget.
Another favorite of mine is Radissons Sunset Grill, I love this 4 diamond restaurant, one of my fav's- http://www.sunsetgrillearuba.com/index.html
If you want local cuisine than you have to try Gasparito http://www.gasparito.com/
Well here is enough ideas and links, Enjoy your stay with your parents in paradise.
