Don't rule out TULIP it is great and has wonderful sangria and delicious fish.

MJs of course would be wonderful.....if you could limit selections and keep the entree's priced within reason.

We are having dinner after out sunset wedding at Mirandi. There will be 14 of us. We dined there last year and enjoyed it so much that we decided to do dinner there. They emailed about four or five special menus. We are going to let everyone order off the full menu. We will have a few youngers and they said they would make some mack and cheese or anything we want. They are very accomodating. We originally thought we would dine at MJ's since we got engaged there last summer, however, with all the fish you can see in the water, we thought it may be more fun for the kids to be on the water. We will go to MJ's another night. I am not familiar with the others but will put them on our list to check out.

I have been meaning to check out Mirandi on every trip - but we always just wind up at Pincho's. I always feel like I am going to get lost going to Mirandi because the only time we passed it we were so lost! haha

I came up with the idea today of trying Papillion. I asked them if they could do the early bird special at 7:30pm for 12 people. Let's see what happens!

How about Pinchos? We went to a private pre-wedding party at Pincho's in Sept. and it was wonderful. They set up a buffet for our group and the food was excellent.

Pinchos was a thought - but do they have any room for a large table? I was trying to remeber - all the tables seem small (at least in my memory). Pinchos is one of our favorites!

Another thought...Marina Pirata...great location, private, and well priced. Pinchos also would be perfect.

The decision was finally made a week before the trip!

We are going with Pinchos. Working with the hostess has been a pleasure. We are going with a slightly limited menu, rather than a prix fix menu.

I will update next week and let everyone know how it goes!

Congrats! Pinchos will be a great place and Anabella is wonderful to work with! We really loved the party we attended there - it was very well done and the staff was great!

You should also consider Pinchos. It is on the water right past town and is a really good restaurant. We love MJ's, but the sunset and breezes at Pinchos make it a great dinner place...and it has a really nice bar that is open late. The food is good (mostly seafood) and it is a bit less expensive than MJ, Flying Fishbone, etc. We didn't "find" this place until our visit last year after many other visits to the island and I have already made a reservation for our trip in July. It's worth a look.
