I do love a good ceviche.
We had it last trip at the Casibari Cafe. They offered it whole and I passed. Then the waiter said they could fillet it so I jumped on it. It was melt in your mouth tender. Hope they still have it next trip.

Real pan fried or grilled grouper or wahoo!Andrea's post on Reflexions made me start wondering what other fish is good in Aruba. What fish do you like to order and where is your favorite place to order it? My husband still raves about the red snapper sandwich that he had from the restaurant at Renaissance Island. We had this the first time we went to Aruba in 2004 so we have never gotten it again as we have never been back to Renaissance Island( our friends stayed there in the ocean suites and had checked us into their room even tho we were staying elsewhere- lol).
The grilled grouper at Pelicans nest is my favorite fish ever. DW loves it too but she also loves the almond crusted grouper at MJs.
For you wahoo lovers, if you ever get to Maui there is a restaurant called Eskimo Candy. It is located in Kihei. It serves fish and chips made with wahoo(ono) and it is fantastic.
Grouper hands down, the closest fish we get in the NYC area is Chilean Sea Bass. The infinite ways its prepared in AUA is phenomenal.
I love how passionate everyone is about fish. I really wish I could love it like that.
