    imo Barefoot.

but imo, even better is Marina Pirata (not on a beach, but on a pier) and it is in the area near DePalm Island , just beyond the airport.

flying fishbone also has delicious seafood.

the food is extraordinary at both places.

We had some great seafood at Nos Clubhouse overlooking the Moomba beach area, not in the sand, but a great view of the beach and water. Pelican Pier has some of the best ceviche and grouper on the island, not on the beach, but on a pier.
Best toes in the sand experience Barefoot, best (only) seating in the water or on the sand with great food Flying Fishbone but it's a hike from the hotel area.

Pelicans Nest is on the pier between Holiday Inn and Playa Linda and has excellent seafood. The grilled grouper there is fantastic, yet simple.
