Maine lobster is available. The Ritz for one uses it in their Lobster Ravs, thats why they are so good. Aqua does or did...and I am sure there are several more people can chime in on. I would think Ruth Chris would have it as well, but have not dined there.

Windows also offers Maine lobster. I've ordered the Caribbean lobster in Aruba and have had some nice preparations but we're really spoiled here at home with the Maine lobster. I can't see myself ordering Maine lobster in Aruba. Just can't justify spending $54 for a lobster I can but fresh off the boat for $5 here at home. Of course, that means cooking it myself.

Peg- I will usually get lobster 1x while in Aruba and prefer the Maine lobster because we are spoiled living in the North East. I will also have the lobster ravs at least once at the Ritz each trip going forward.

I love grouper. I order it almost every place we go in Aruba. So many different ways to serve it.

I had lion fish for the first time last week and it was incredible. Very delicate, almost melt in your mouth with no fishy taste. And by the way, I'm not big on fish.

I've only had lion fish a couple of times in Aruba (at Screaming Eagle and Nos Clubhuis) and loved it as well. Wish I would see it on menus more often.

And fish should NEVER taste fishy no matter the type of fish. If it does, it usually means it was not handled properly somewhere between the time it was caught to the time it was set on your plate.

We we were at the Casibari Cafe. They first offered it as a whole fish and I passed. Then the waiter said they could filet it, so I gave it a go. I can't wait to go back and have it again.
