Did this place take the spot of the Burger King? I always thought the BK was out of place there.

That was my thought Tracey. I looked back in some old photos and saw BK was right next to Salt and Pepper

BK was gone when I was there in Feb. I don't ever eat BK in the states but I have enjoyed a late night drunk burger or two in Aruba.

We went last night for the early bird special. I had the butterfly grouper which was fried and presented like a sushi roll, the Mongolian beef and vanilla ice cream for dessert. DW had the miso soup and green curry veggies and passed on the ice cream (so they gave me a double serving!) Service was attentive, the food took a while to come out, but was piping hot and fresh. The serving sizes were just perfect for us and we had no leftovers. Our server, Ilse, seemed familiar and she told us she worked at Barney's for about three years. The manager stopped by a couple of times and checked on us. The interior is nicely done with an Asian flair, and they also have seating out front. We drank water and the total with tip was $48.00. I'm sure we will be back at least once more before we leave.
