    Was that Dutch Pea Soup with bitterballen? I didn't think I would like pea soup but their version is terrific!!

    Served two ways: raw and Rockefeller.

    They used to do them a third way... In a shooter glass with vinaigrette but stopped that.

    Close. It was a sesame-asparagus soup (tangy and warm) with pulled pork bitterballen and spicy aioli. Excellent!
