Chalet Suisse and Madame Janette's.

Women and cats will do as they please and men and dogs should relax and get used to the idea.

When I first started going to Aruba in 1972, the Talk of the Town restaurant at the hotel of the same name was by far the best steak I had ever had. When it went out of business years later, we started going to the French Steak House at the Manchebo because it was then owned by the same person. The FSH is still my favorate place on the island for steak because in over 25 years, we have never had a bad meal there.

I really liked the Rio, but since they closed I will just have to find a new favorite. Aw shucks...I guess we have to try a bunch of new steak places....

Aruba, no other place like it !

I am curious, Does anyone know where Aruba gets its steaks (meat) ?

Ever though I like a good steak once in a while, I enjoy the seafood in Aruba mostly.

Madame Janette's for the survey.

Most of the steaks come from Argentina, I believe.
