Your history tour starts here: Archaeology Museum

I just got back from Aruba and was very impressed with the National Archaeological Museum Aruba.

Fascinating dioramas and displays in a bright new colorful building. It is apparent that the Aruba government takes their historic preservation and cultural heritage seriously by protecting and capitalizing it. I arranged interviews with the archeological staff in advance and was able to hear about their new recent discoveries and their own private thoughts on some of the artifacts and rock drawings.

On Monday we made a expedition out to visit the cave drawings in the Arkok and Ayo wilderness. What a beautiful scenic area that is with goats, donkeys and other interesting wildlife to meet along the way. And there are many other surprises one will encounter.

Anybody want to hear(read) more? I can write and share my story on this journey into Aruba's past. And I can put together a slide show.

Thanks, my publisher always likes quotes from experts and locals. I did
not get to see the display at the Renaissance Hall that this Museum
is hosting.

If you are in the area would you like to give me a sentence or two on your thoughts on this display?

Even include a photo of you all looking at a display item. This way I can draw attention to this forum in my published story resulting in more traffic to this forum that you are a moderator of.

I just published my story about Aruba's Archaeological Museum. The link is at My Aruba
Story forum and my plan is for it to be in three parts. Be sure to read Aruba's Heritage Trail Starts Here story.

Of course I'm not sure if they have a heritage trail but maybe this will give them an idea to have one. I find some tourists like to follow a trail.
