Hello and Good Afternoon!
My mood is pure joy thinking about all the yummy food we are going to eat in Aruba!! We have just made our dinner reservations for our week ...September 14th-September 21st!! Here is the lowdown for our 10th trip!! I am getting hungry just thinking about it!

We go on the 17th september for 4 weeks so will have to take is easy on the food side otherwise 2 seats home for me on the plane .Have you tried the new Taste of Belgium at the back of the shopping plaza..Its very nice the staff are wonderfull to, Great coffee and cakes .They do have an early bird menu to if you like to eat early.Last year they had a special of Mussels with fries and salad for 2 at $35. (not early bird just a special) They had shipped the mussels in but you had loads and so fresh. Must say we never plan where to eat on set nights .Are you going to the Jazz festival its a good night out.

Confirmation Oscar D’Léon & Pete Philly

We proudly present Oscar D’Leon and Pete Philly as official headliners for Caribbean Sea Jazz Festival Aruba 2012! Next to the earlier announced Chaka Khan, Randy Brecker and Fourplay this year’s line-up guarantees a super weekend of Jazz, Funk and Latin.

Oscar D’Leon will perform on Saturday October 6th at Cas di Cultura Plaza. He is regarded as one of the greatest Salsa musicians of all times and has developed an international following by touring all over the world.

After Pete Philly’s collaboration with multi-instrumentalist Perquisite, Pete released his first solo-album “One” this year. The Aruban born musician is ready to introduce his own style, words and music to the world.

From October 1st till the 4th there will be several free warming-up concerts. Be ready for afterparties on the beach and surprise DJ sets by DJ Maestro.

If you can squeeze it in, try "2 Fools and a Bull". It's not inexpensive but it is an amazing experience. One of the best dining experiences I have had in a long time.

We tried to get reservations for 2 fools and they were not available during our week!! I think they were closed or something...
