I have a question. if you were getting married at the radisson and lisa is wonderful, would it make sense to have another wedding planner, say Ever After or is Lisa enough???? In other words, would we be doubling up???
certainly seems to me that it is doubling up.
i cannot imagine that wedding planner "A" would accept a 2nd wedding planner into the mix.
i would also think it would not be allowed in the contract.
if the wedding planner is doing the job, why would there be a need for an additional person to plan?
Gaby I would read through the forum and the reviews for Lisa www.aruba.com/forum/tags/lisa%20dammerman.html
I am sure you also have read the Radisson reviews www.aruba.com/forum/tags/wedding%20radisson.html
Knowing that your step daughter is on a budget, perhaps to save the additional expense, you could assist her with any additional details, though I am sure that Lisa would have everything under control.![]()

that's what I was thinking. I guess a wedding planner is good if you're doing your own thing. we had just thought of it but knowing how lisa is, i'm thinking we need only the one. i just wasn't sure and i'm trying to explore all avenues.
but you are right, lisa & andrea, that we should just stick with lisa if that's the way she decides to go. i do know she is adamant about having Jason as her photographer so I told her to start picking a date so we can get the place & jason on board....
Lisa at Radisson is A+, every client has great reviews on this wonderful coordinator. Thats why she is the bridal specialist from A-Z without any inbetween, no need to go any further. With that said enjoy planning your 2012 wedding in Aruba....

Hi Gaby, This is up to you. You can have an independent planner for the ceremony and then Lisa handles the reception. I do this all the time and they love it as it's much less overwhelming for the bride as she can then handle one part with the independent planner and the other part with Lisa. The independent planner and Lisa do work together and they will make sure that your big day is SUPERB. p.m. me ..
This is definitely a great compliment. I did the training when Lisa was hired, as unbeknownst to many, I was the wedding planner at the Radisson, before they found someone to fill the position after their previous planner left. (by the way I received the first offer to fill the position but preferred to stay as an independent planner)! Yes .. I agree 100% that Lisa can handle all types of weddings thrown at her by herself, but like I said before, there are many couples who like to handle the ceremonial parts with an independent planner, and then the food and beverage with Lisa! Thanks again for the compliment![]()
.. As for Lisa at the Radisson .. I know she is a GREAT planner! Kudos to her!
