I just introduced myself in the welcome area!

I'm getting married in Aruba next August at the Amsterdam Manor Beach Resort. Anyone else married there? Or have any advice for me?

We haven't done much planning yet, but Rebecca (the wedding coordinator at the resort) has been great. We'll have 40-50 guests, so we're thinking of doing a reception at one of the restaurants at the resort.

We still have a lot of time before the wedding, but I'm so excited for my first trip to Aruba!

I'm not getting married at the Amsterdam Manor but I am getting married in August and a lot of my guests are staying there. Just wanted to say hello. I would love to "chat" about wedding stuff. Feel free to send me a pm if you would like.

hi, I am getting married at the Amsterdam Manor in May and can't wait. We are having a ceramony with just the 2 of us. We stayed at the high rises in the summer and decidied on the quaintness of the AM. Did you look into the honeymoon offer they have on the website? It is a pretty good deal.

I can't wait!!! I've been dealing with Michelle, who has been incredibly helpful. They recently outsourced their wedding piece to Lissy Lampe.

I am getting married on the 19th September at the Tamarijn and having my reception at the Amsterdam Manor...I'm pretty organised and need to just book a dj, choose my cake and flowers and we're pretty much done!

We're coming from the UK and there is literally nobody there getting married in Aruba so any advice is gratefully apreciated!!

Best wishes to all, I was just married in Aruba a few weeks ago, you will have a wonderful time. We had our wedding at town hall, followed by a beach blessing at the phoenix and then a reception at Terra Del Sol. My husband and I, along with our guests (40 of them) stayed at the Amsterdam Manor. While the Amsterdam did make a few mistakes (wrong rooms, etc) they always did their best to make it right and were very, very friendly. I don't think you can ask for more than that.
Having our wedding in Aruba was the best thing we ever did, I'm so happy for all of you.
