If it helps, I live in NJ and moved from NY 10 years ago. My husband and I have been visiting Aruba several times a year for 33 years and last month renewed our wedding vows on the beach at sunset for our golden 50th wedding anniversary. Photos are posted under weddings and honeymoons. Believe me, a wedding can be very affordable in Aruba depending where your wedding is held.
