I highly recommend hiring someone who can organize everything for you. You really cannot do it from the US. My brother even lives in Aruba and I hired someone. We had 60 people and everything was awesome. The wedding was at Manchebo and the food was great. Edwina coordinated the ceremony, the set up on the beach and in the pavilion; she got the flowers, centerpieces, photographer, videographer, steel pan, the DJ. She held a rehersal on the beach and she had the photographer come and shoot pictures. She worked well with all the vendors and knew them all personally. She is a dream to work with and was sincere and did not miss a detail. She was present for the set up on the wedding day and made sure everything was complete. She stayed for the evening to make sure that the reception was perfect.

Edwina emails, calls, communicates and organized the perfect wedding. Looking back, there is nothing that this tireless coordinator missed!
