RE: Bucuti Resort & dining in the area????

Randy,
I think you're mistaking Bucuti with Bushiri.

Bushiri recently closed up shop. They are located just outside downtown on the left heading toward the lowrises/highrises. Tabasko is on their property and is still open.

Bucuti on the otherhand is located between Manchebo and Costa Linda. The property is in excellent condition. Although it's about 12 yrs old, it looks like it was built last month. Marianne (above) summed it up in her first couple sentences. It is a very quiet/romantic getaway. Friendly, efficient, hardworking staff and management has made this a popular spot for couples and honeymooners. Pirates Nest Restaurant is located beachfront on their property. Ed, you've made an excellent choice for your honeymoon!

Personally I thought once Bushiri closed, the confusion between the 2 names would end. But I see it lives on.

Sue
