I'm saddened by your review...We use him about 4 to 5 times a week on weddings at different venues and we've never had a complaint or had an issue with him not showing up for a scheduled appointment. It's one of the main reason's I recommended him, based on his professionalism and reliability.

Jason, did you managed to speak with him ? I still wonder why he never turned up on my wedding day, I have since emailed him on a few occasions but he still chooses to ignore my emails.

Over all a shocking service. :-(
