Help! Suitable for a large lively group?

Hi all

I'm newly engaged and thinking about having my wedding in Aruba as it sounds like a wonderful place, however, I am not sure if it is going to suit our needs as I have never been there before. This is hopefully where you all come in!

We will be in a large group of predominantly 20/30 year olds (aside from family) so a nightlife and ample day time activities are a must - the last destination wedding we attending was in Cancun, Mexico so that was ideal. I appreciate that a Caribbean island will not be as lively as Cancun but I am looking for something on a smaller scale with nicer surroundings so Aruba caught my eye.

Is this the Caribbean island for me or will it be too sleepy for our raucous group?!

All advice is much appreciated… Many thanks

If you have never been to Aruba, perhaps a long weekend trip with your fiance would be a good way to explore the island and learn first hand if it would meet your guests expectations. An added bonus would be being able to look at and choose accommodations as well as meet with wedding planners and view potential sights for your ceremony.

Hi Arubalisa - thank you for your email.

I will have a look at the links you have provided, however, we would struggle coming across for a long weekend as suggested as we live in England so it would be a twenty hour round trip!

Do you know of any other English couples that have used this website and posted their experiences that we could use to help us?
