Intermezzo spa at the westin

Hi Everyone!
Has anyone had their hair done (for their wedding) at the Intermezzo Spa at the Westin?

Did you like it? How much do they charge?

We had appointments at the Westin for the bride and bridesmaids for manicures, pedicures, hair and it was a disaster. The appointments were made in person and discussed with the manager in the salon/spa - made the appointments in person several days before to avoid confusion. The day of the wedding (March 2009) the bridal party went for the appointments first thing in the morning and all the staff were late, very late - no apology, no explanation. The manicures were not very good and the hair never got done - no staff and no time...I would not recommend utilizing the salon/spa at the Westin.

Has anyone used the spa for wedding day makeup and hair? Or have you just been there before? How was it? Did they do a good job? Any comments would be appreciated! Thanks.
