We just returned from our 8 days in paradise. My (now) wife and I got married at the Surfside Marina on 12/3. SM is located on the beach by Pincho's. It was an amazing location. It was secluded, romantic and beautiful. Our 30 guests all commented that they felt like we were in a movie. It goes to show, dont judge a book by the cover. You would never know it by driving up to the surfside marina that just through the walkway lies a serene setting perfect for a romantic reception. Ianthe and her team took care of us all night. The food was excellent and the service was impeccable.
We have to thank Lissy Lampe, who made the night perfect with her wonderful attention to all our needs, wishes, wants and more. She orchestrated a memorable night for us, our family and our guests. Unfortunately, we did have some rain, but nothing that Lissy couldn't manage. Lissy coordinated every step from hair dresser, transportation, steel pan, DJ, Rev Ruben, flowers, etc. Everything went off without a hitch. She was the best!
We are still smiling ear to ear about our wedding day. We couldnt have imagined it any better...
If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us. I know how we felt prior to our wedding, but you are in great hands in Aruba especially with Lissy and Ianthe.

Agree with cindyo we need pix!!!
All reports are affirmative in reviews of lissy.
There are a few awesome planners in aruba and one in particular resides here in the states and is a member of this community forum.
Having a competent and caring planner is paramount!

I agree that surfside marina is a gem of a place to hold a wedding!

Remember............we want pix!

And yes, our DJ was awesome too. He played everything we asked and more!! Cyclone Promotions was great.
