It took over a month, but we finally received our marriage certificate today. I loved Aruba when we were there and I'd go back tomorrow if I could. However, they(Town Hall) have a different way of dealing with people. I would have felt better if some one had acknowledged at least one of my inquiries to let me know my marriage certificate was being translated into english before it was to be sent to me. Communication would have relieved alot of stress.
