I'm looking for any advice on my Oct. 2009 wedding at either the Marriott Stellaris or the Renaissance. I've gotten price quotes from both venues & am having a hard time deciding without having seen either yet. I'm going to Aruba to scope things out in Sept. 2008 but would rather be able to meet with vendors etc. during that visit rather than just putting down my deposit & securing my date. We're having about 35-40 people with a beach side ceremony & working with a 15-20K budget. Has anyone worked with either resort & what was your experience?

It is the most unbelievable place for a wedding, their private island is great!
