Hey there!
I am set to get married at this resort this year, and was wondering if anyone has gotten married there within the last couple months or so. My wedding planners name is Kymberely and she is very slow to answer questions. I was just wondering details or advise to make the planning go smoother. I am so excited, but a little nervous about this resort. Thanks |

I see this posts returning all the time about slow or non responding wedding planners, and the answers that's say its normal on Aruba.
To be honoust we plan an average of 150 weddings a year, and there is always time to answer our brides the same or next day. OK we work 12hrs a day 7 days a week, maybe that's the difference. So is it normal not to respond ? ....... For us NO. Sure I agree that next week weddings have more priority then next year weddings, but still......... Please ask your wedding planner kindly to keep you informed about the whole process. Regards, Robert |

To be honest, most of the community has a Blackberry, and it makes it possible to respond to brides within minutes!!!
Approach your wedding planner, and stress the importance of this day and demand her attention to all your requests... Jason Margarita |
