Question Photographer Help!!

Can anyone confirm if Bryan Morris Photography is still in business?
We took photos with him in July and placed our order in August. We are having issues contacting him (one phone number is out of order, another phone number rings but no voicemail, website is down). We have emailed several times and receive no answer. If anyone has a way to contact him, can you please help us??!!!

I moved your post here to the wedding category.

Hopefully there are other brides who have used his services recently who could assist?

Or someone on the island

Please anyone who can assist, I am sure the couple is quite distressed.

His website is up and running now. I will try again. Thank you all for your help. I have used this website so much before our trip, I feel like I know you all. :-)

My family and I just vacationed in Aruba for Thanksgiving. We thought how nice it would be to have our family photographed. I was in contact with Photographer Bryan Morris for a few weeks prior to our trip, he was always prompt in answering my emails with any questions I had. It has been a whole month since we've been home and still haven't even seen our photos. After numerous emails, he finally responded stating he was sick and to forgive him that this wasn't the way he normally conducted business and to give him a few more days. It's been 2 weeks since the last I heard from him again with no photos. I don't understand, he had great reviews and was very professional. All we want is our photos!!! We can't get in touch with him and I feel so helpless and scammed!

From what I have heard recently, Brian Morris has a day job that is not related to photography. However, he is still doing professional photography on a part-time basis. Maybe he will read your post and make contact with you soon.

To those of you responding to my initial request for help in determining if Bryan Morris' photography was still in business, I appreciate the help. We finally made contact with him and recieved our photos. After almost every communication lapse we would have during this process, he let us know that the Iland's internet was down or having major issues. Anyway, just wanted to let everyone know that we received our photos, but that internet on the ilands apparently continues to be an issue.

while we were on island dec 9 - 23 we experienced an outage for 14 hrs.

the internet can be an issue as it sometimes goes on and off for a period of a few hrs.

but, for your photographer to place the blame on the internet, i find that to be not a very good excuse.

Andrea,

Hope you had a wonderful time. As far as the photographer using the internet outage as an excuse is a cop out. He just didn't have the time to process because of his daily job and should have been honest with the couple.
