there are many resturants that would be perfect for a proposal. Brisas Del Mar (http://www.brisasdelmar.com/)a local type place on the water and good food. The Pirates Nest at Bucuti Beach resort (http://www.bucuti.com/english/dining/index.htm). They have a special package and you can dine right on the beach...at sunset it is beautiful. I have also heard the Flying Fishbone and the resturant at the golf course are both nice with great views. I agree with Ann, no matter where you do it Aruba is beautiful!
