I never stayed at the DIVi but just had my wedding of 110 people at the Radisson. Check out my post under weddings

For me, the Radisson is more spectacular! Very important to hire a photographer who has shot the Radisson many times and is an expert at weeding out the uninvited tourist guests that "could" be in "all" of your ceremony photos.

IMO, the Phoenix would be a better choice since its the first hotel in the high rise area, so if you're doing a beach wedding its more secluded. Whereas at the Radisson, you'd be sandwiched between resorts, lounge chairs, etc and the possibility of getting "speedo wearing guy" in your pics.

I would recommend Bucuti Beach Resort on Eagle Beach...it has beautiful sunsets, few guest, and typically no children throwing sand...it is one of the most romantic places on the island.
