Hello Milacik21,

My team and I make a very conscientious effort to make sure all the brides needs and wants are met and hopefully exceeded on her wedding day, and regardless of any bad services rendered by other parties involved we take it upon ourselves to assure the wedding runs perfectly. I know we might not be able to control everything or all aspects of a wedding day, but we certainly try!!!

At the end of the day when everything is set and done, the only things you'll have left are the pictures and the video, and if we don't make sure the wedding runs smoothly, all the disappointment, anger or sadness displayed by the bridal party will be captured on film forever...and we DO NOT want that! I want my brides smiling, laughing or crying of happiness at all times!

But case in point, we can't always be perfect...
