Wedding Deposits

Can anyone tell me about how long it takes to process a deposit to hold both the date and services of a wedding planner? I am trying to be patient but it has been a week and I have not gotten any confirmation that my deposit has been received.

I certainly believe that more than 2 days is unacceptable, not to hear anything back. But keep in mind that depending on how you made your deposit might play a role, transfers take up to 4 business days.

But I would recommend calling her directly, and voicing your concern...as your wedding planner their job is to set your mind at ease regarding your wedding, not give you added stress!

Good Luck!
