July is low season. July and August are peak summer travel season with kids being out of school and Aruba being a "family island".

Airfares may be more affordable and more readily available in May. September is one of the hottest months of the year.

I have posted the weather averages below, you will see that overall there is not a huge difference.

May weather
Average high temperature 89 F.
Average low temperature 79 F.
Average temperature 83 F.
Average water temperature 81 F.
Average rainfall .55 inches (20.3 inches annual)
Average windspeed 18 mph

July weather
Average high temperature 89 F.
Average low temperature 80 F.
Average temperature 83 F.
Average water temperature 82 F.
Average wind speed 19 mph
Average rainfall 1.20 inch (20.3 inches annual)
Average windspeed 18 mph

September weather
Average high temperature 90 F.
Average low temperature 80 F.
Average temperature 84 F.
Average water temperature 83 F.
Average rainfall 1.40 inches (20.3 inches annual)
Average windspeed 15 mph

Better chance of rain in November than July, but less wind. Hairspray can fix hair problems in the wind. Rain? Usually, but not always, falls in the form of showers, especially overnight and early a.m. Imo go with what is more convenient for you. Pricing should be about the same for either time of the year. Thanksgiving though, airfares may be higher.

November weather
Average high temperature 90 F.
Average low temperature 78 F.
Average temperature 82 F.
Average water temperature 83 F.
Average rainfall 3.10 inches (20.3 inches annual)
Average windspeed 13 mph

Cindy,
Why the on your first post?? Should be a that you are getting married.

We just visited there July 5-11 and cannot complain about the weather. Was my first visit but July will probably be my month there, as we booked for July 2010 already
