Wedding Planner and Photographer

We just had our wedding in Aruba and wanted to share some information in regards to a wedding planner and a photographer for those couples that may be doing some research.

Our planner was Edwina Werleman from E2 Events & Celebrations. We decided to use Edwina for numerous reasons.
-She was highly recommended by one of our friends that used her in August of 2008 (we attended that wedding and it was wonderful so we met with her the day after our friends wedding to plan our own)
-She was not affiliated with any resort so she offers all of Aruba to the couple instead of just one location
-She has all the qualities a couple could ask for when working with someone away from home. She is honest, responsive, pleasant, and extremely helpful. -Edwina takes pride in everything she does so she will treat your wedding as if it is her own.
-She has been doing this for many years, so she understands what couples expect for their wedding day. She provides various options based on your needs/wishes, she pays attention to all the little details, and she can point you in the right direction if you don't know where to go.

Our photographer was Diane Keijzer. Diane was recommended to us by Edwina, and we are so happy that she was able to be there for us on our special day. Diane went above and beyond the duties of a photographer. She was very helpful and pleasant the entire evening. We had our wedding on a Thursday and we had our pictures by Tuesday night. All of our guests thought Diane was great because she even helped them take their pictures throughout the night.

Edwina and Diane were a great combination and we would recommend them to anyone interested in a wedding in Aruba.

i love to hear "happy " stories and get frustrated at the few "almost trainwrecks" that infrequently hit the boards.
when u can, will u post pictures.
the photographers on island are magnificent.....bryan, julia, angela, diane, elnathan and MORE.
