Question Wedding questions...

Hi everyone!
I'm new to the forum...I'm getting married in Aruba in June at the Bucuti. I can't wait! I was wondering if anyone else has been married there and what it was like.
Also, I'm wondering if I will need to tip the wedding planner, the photographer, the reverend etc.....
yes, I'm clueless....
Thanks for your help!

The Bucuti is know for a couple of things:
- one of the most beautiful beach of Aruba
- a great resort
- an adult resort (no kids)
- honeymooners paradise
- great rooms
- great service (especially the guest service there are very helpful)
- great to get married!

Tipping is appreciated. You should get a feeling on how much the person should get for the service or work delivered. It's only fair if the delivered service or work is outstanding though.

Good luck with the planning and congratulations!

Salsa Greetings,

Reggie

Hello, Please tell me how to find a wedding planner. Are they expensive, I'm looking to have a wedding in aruba but we really do't want to wait any longer. We would like to try and get married this year if at all possible. If not, the early 2009. Should we file all the paperwork before speaking with a wedding planner? Please HELP!!

Hello! Congratulations!
I just researched all of the resorts on Aruba online and found good reviews for Bucuti from a destination wedding site. it seems like most of the resorts have a coordinator there. you need to submit paperwork 30 days prior to getting married. THe Coordinator should help you with that. Here is the link to Bucuti http://www.bucuti.com/en/weddings/. I chose Bucuti because it seems to be quieter, no kids, great beach. They have wedding packages and prices. hope this helps. good luck. let me know how it goes.

we stayed at the bucuti last year for our HM and again this year for our 1st anni. we love the bucuti tons and tons. not sure we could stay anywhere else on the island when we return to tell you the truth. they really take very good care of you and the rooms are beautiful and the beach just stunning. you are going to love it. congrats and enjoy!
