Westin

Whenever we are in Aruba, we stay at Westin for a few days in conjuction with our timeshare stay. Westin was formally Wyndham in case anyone didn't know. Westin is a member of Starwood resorts too. The rooms were renovated, very comfortable and nicely decorated. Personally, the beds are the most comfortable on the island of Aruba. The pool is very large and enjoyable. The whole staff is very courteous and accomodating. The F&B department is excellent which makes the food great! Inge knows her business too so you need not worry. I have worked with her many times, even before Westin. She will make sure your wedding is exactly the way you expected it to be.

Thanks Karen for the info! That's great to know considering my wedding is less then a week away. I've been just really nervous about everything since me and fiance have never been to Aruba. We based all of our decisions on pictures and by the guidance Inge and Jancis provided. Inge and Jancis are great! They have been extremely helpful and very accomodating. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that everything goes well next week. I'll let you guys how things went when I return.

Congrats. I also love the Westin, but I loved it even when it was the Wyndham, and most of the people that everyone is mentioning where there with the Wyndham, they love their job, and their island.
One of the reason all of us keep going back the people.

Does anyone happen to know if there is a decent sized dance floor at Sirocco Lounge if we have 50 guests? Also, did anyone see any other locations that might serve a group of over 50 guests?

We had 43 guests and the Dance floor at the Sirocco room I thought was big enough.
