If you can afford it, definetly Renaissance Island. If we could afford it, the private island would be my choice for the wedding of my daughter. It's so beautiful there.

Thanks for the great pics. I am having my beach ceremony at the Ren on May 30th. It's just the two of us so it's no big deal but they have been very nice to work with.

What beautiful photos :-). We have been to Renaissance Island a couple of times for small weddings and wonder how they mannage transporting large groups on their motor boats which hold a small amount of persons. Does anyone know?

The boats hold 25 people, and I wouldn't really consider them small. The boat ride takes 15 minutes tops, and the boats run simusltainily(sp?). The ride is half the fun! CIndy

I think your question was not properly versed as there are too many things to take into consideration once you get a response.

It all depends on budget and preferences.

You should ask people from their past experiences, what are the pros and cons of the facilities that they've used and or list what are your preferences for a location and we can then see which location that would best suit you.

A private island might be your thing but it might not be someone else's......

So you can start by letting us know what you envision for your dream wedding and I'll be glad to lead you in one direction or the other.

I've been around for some time and would give you an unbiased recommendation.

Regards,

Bryan Morris
