Cool 1st post and daughter's wedding recap

    Hi All,
This is my 1st post after stalking for a long, long time! Just back from 10th trip and daughter's wedding at Manchebo on July 3! I wanted to thank you all for the many ideas and advice that you didn't even know you gave me! I will attempt to do a daily synopsis in the trip report section with as much as I can remember! But I wanted to acknowledge all the wonderful vendors and people that were used to pull off an incredible wedding for 60 people!
Air - Delta - JFK to Aruba
    United - Aruba - Newark
Lodging- Many timeshares rented through Redweek at Ocean and Surf Club. Also used Manchebo, Hilton, Marriott Hotel, Holiday Inn and one group did and AirB&B close to Marriott
Car Rental - Wheels to Go
    Rehearsal - Madame Janettes
Welcome sunset Cruise - Mi Dushi
Wedding Venue,Flowers,Cake,Steel Pan Player - Manchebo
    Photography - Crooze
    Videographer - Real Pix
    DJ - Tino
Hair & Makeup - Maruta and Daisy
    Transportation - Fantasy Tours
    Officiant - Geoffrey Banfield
I am happy to answer any questions and will get to the trip report soon!
Thanks again to all! I do believe some of our paths crossed as I read some of the reports!
    Sandy

Welcome to the forum! I once had a group of 7 family members in Aruba that closely resembled an exercise in herding cats. I can't imagine the logistics required for 60. I hope you will add some detail in what is involved organizing that many people at one time.

Nice....nice....nice.... We watched your wedding from the beach and your reception from our balcony.... Great group and lots of happiness there.....! Manchebo was a wonderful choice for your wedding and the other 3 we saw during our stay.

    Sandy, welcome to the forum!

I was looking for you or anyone who looked like your picture as I had read you were going to be there. Would have invited you and your wife for a mojito (Manchebo make the best)

Spreadsheets, spreadsheets and more spreadsheets! Agenda was printed on welcome bags and I had to refer to it all the time! My daughter and her Husband (first time i wrote that) had friends and events planned - UTV, snorkeling, kukunuku bus so they were off together. We did dinners with friends and family when we could. So, bottom line, I didn't have 60 people around all the time. And when i needed some time away, I would sneak into the casino for videopoker.
