1st time to Aruba in October

Hi- My husband and I will be visiting Aruba for the very first time in October 18-25. Can't wait. It will start to get cooler here in Ohio then so looking forward to a longer summer. We will be staying at Bucuti Beach Resort. Our neighbors and my co-worker enjoyed a trip there and said we had to go. My husband is looking to snorkel or scuba. Any suggestions on good places? Where can we do water sports. (jet skis, big water bikes, etc.) our hotel has nothing like that.

For snorkeling on your own from shore, the easiet to get to:
Boca Catalina http://www.shorediving.com/Earth/ABC/Aruba/Boca_Catalina/index.htm has the easiest entry with a sandy bottom. From there snorkel north.

There is a little bit more to see a little further northward at Catalina Cove http://www.shorediving.com/Earth/ABC/Aruba/Catalina_Cove/index.htm, but the entry is more difficult due to a rocky bottom.

Where can we do water sports. (jet skis, big water bikes, etc.) our hotel has nothing like that.
