    1st Trip to Aruba

My husband & I are visiting Aruba for the 1st time later this month. What would be the most important thing we should see or do and the best - modestly priced - restaurant? Also, need advice on rental cars - bringing another family so will need a minivan - Top Drive, Super, Thrifty? Any experience with these? Thanks

Hi! Welcome to the Aruba.com Community Forum!

That's a really tough question! Are you all very adventurous? Looking for a crazy, exhilarating ride to Conchi (the Natural Pool)? Snorkelers/divers looking for the best dive sites? Beach goers who love to lounge?

Use the search bar in the upper right to look for reviews and info on the specific car rental agencies. I've rented a 15 passenger van from Royal - that was quite fun and exactly what we needed for our group.

welcome to the aruba.com community forum

recommendation for modestly priced nice dinner with sunset views......Ricardos at Aruba Beach Club.

check out the most recent car rental category in the "getting around aruba category"

i also recommend a half day island tour with one of the tour companies...like depalm.

if you have a rental car, you can do this on your own and make an advenrture of it.....baby beach, alto vista chapel, gold mine ruins, california lighthouse

Thanks for the ideas. I think I'm going to want to lounge a bit - maybe a massage or spa day? I'll see if any of the others want something more exciting!
