Already packing!

I am leaving for my first trip to Aruba with my mom this June! I am taking her there for her 60th Birthday! I can't wait and already have suitcase out and putting things aside for trip! I have been researching on this forum for almost a year...and finally signed up! I am so excited that I have chosen aruba to visit for our Carribbean vacation This is a fabulous forum! I have restaurants picked out (reservation at Flying Fishbone), Bully is picking us up at the airport, snorkeling on the Black pearl, and I am using that great packing list I believe from Arubaliz! Thanks to all for your help and suggestions!

Welcome to the forum. Like the others said--you will be hooked. It is so nice that you are taking your mother for her birthday!
Looks like you won't forget anything, if you are packing now. LOL I actually did what you did, my suitcases have been out for awhile. LOL

I am leaving on May 23rd and can't wait to be at the Divi. This forum is so pleasant and peaceful. Unlike another Forum I will not mention. I had to stay somewhere else this year as the Resort where I purchased is not doing good at all and everything is a mess. Lost big bucks and still asking to pay for something I do not rightfully owe. Thank God for this Forum. Thanks Andrea for such a peaceful forum and he people are sooo great.

this forum is imo is the least cliquey, the most informative, and the one that keeps focused on the topic at hand.

when things do get "interesting" we are able to divert, redirect and keep things on track.
your moderators here are hard working and dedicated.

also too, the webmaster/site designer has done a good job at categorizing the forum so that easy searching can be done with little hassle.

the minute we see or smell or suspect spam we delete and usually ban.

so we the moderators thank you!
and keep your fingers crossed re: the "aruban".
i hope that ICAHN is the high bidder and winner at auction.

vonnie after you make a post and realize there is an error, you can go back and hit the "edit" button and fix whatever u need to.

then again, my typing really stinks and my spelling is not so far behind. i should use the edit button more frequently.
