First time to Aruba
We are planning a trip to Aruba next year. We are planning to stay at the
Marriott's Aruba Ocean Club. Does anyone know anyting about this timeshare resort? Also I hear Aruba is very windy, that being said has the "wind" but a damper on your vacation? |

We own two units at Marriott's Aruba Ocean Club. The resort is beautiful - units are being refurbished. The wind does not put a damper on your vacation it is actually very welcomed!! Let me know if there is anything specific you would like to know about the resort.

the units at the marriott ocean are lovely and the refurbished ones are lovelier!
the wind is almost constantly present. they are thr caribbean tradewinds that we have all heard about in geography class. the wind makes the hit humid climate much more bearable. do not expect lush green tropical foliage. aruba is a desert island with tons of cactus and rough terrain. best time of year for less breeze sept and oct andrea quote=dncgsandy;150580]We are planning a trip to Aruba next year.
