Okay, so I read in one of the discussions about the "green flash" at sunset....heard it mentioned in Pirates...thought it was just something they made up in the movie.
Someone please enlighten me and explain what it really is...

I'm still skeptical of the green flash. As mentioned in other posts, many people have claimed to have seen it. Hmmmm..... in all my years on the ocean.... must have missed it. But, you never know.

I have yet to catch that green flash.. I have watched while at sea, in Honduras, in Mexico, and Key West... Still havent seen it yet! UGH,,,

Lisa, I see in your countdown that you are on you way there shortly, so try to catch a pix of it and post for us non-believers.....maybe I will try to get hold of Cap't Jack and see if he can take me to a good place to see it....
