We along with our now 13 yo dd, have done both Tranquilo and Jolly Pirates with friends of ours who have kids a bit older than yours. For kids ages 6 and 9, imo, unless they are "real" sailors
the Tranquilo is going to be an awful long day for them. More so the 6 yo. Kids love the Jolly Pirate and being a "real pirate" for a day. Our dd even tried the rope swinghttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A5Zb6np1n0o

Thanks for the tip -- the 3-6 pm Jolly Roger might be the trip for us. We'll have to see how comfortable the kids are swimming far out from the beach and how fascinated they are by the fish seen with the "easy" snorkeling at Baby Beach before we book it though...
