I'm a native Floridian, retired LEO (law enforcement officer) from a large county in the central part of the state and a former US Coast Guard Reservist.

I love boats, the water, the island and most of all, the Carribean.

I've always wanted to visit Aruba; however, either time, finances or missed opportunites have never allowed it to happen

I now own my own business and it's GOING to happen!!

Sometime within the next 12 months, I plan on a visit to your beautiful Island

Might be a cruise but more than likely, a

flight over and a longer stay.

I'm happy to have found this site and look forward to learning more about the Island, the people, it's customs and heritage.

Until then, fair winds and a folliwng sea....

Welcome Pirate. This is the place to find out everything you need to know about Aruba. I love cruises, but hopefully you can spend more time than a day on the island that us on this forum love. Anything you need to know about Aruba, just ask. There are many people on this board that will be happy to answer any of your questions.

Pirate, I agree welcome aboard and hopefully you will get to visit longer than a day on a cruise.............
