Hotel Victoria is at the very end of Oranjestad in a commercial area. I have no idea of what the rooms are like. You don't even have a pool to cool off either. There are plenty of reasonably priced rooms at boutique hotels past the major resorts. If you are on a tight budget, I reccomend "The Boardwalk" It is a short walk from the Marriott Beach, has their own little pool, nicely furnished with fully equpped kitchens, one and two bedroom casita's and lovely staff. www.arubaboardwalk.com. You can catch the reasonably priced bus to Oranjestad for shopping casino's night life, etc. near the Marriott accross the road.
