Will Be heading to Aruba for our 21st year. Will be there the first 3 weeks in January. An ideal time to get out of the frozen tundra.

Welcome Pumpkin, I'm just northwest of you in the Wausau area! Weather person is forecasting a foot of snow for tomorrow!!!!!!!

snide.....why are you not living here at cypress lakes with many many many of your former "wisconsoners?"
there are 5 wisconsin couples on our street of 12 houses!
they are all snowbirds though.

Andrea, have lots of friends in Florida. My brother-in-law/sister-in-law winter in Fort Myers and have been trying for years to get us there. Maybe after Mimi retires in 3 years.

We'll have 10 inches by this afternoon. Glad the Packers aren't playing here today.
Snidely, I know you guys got a lot more then us (Madison).
and our snow blower isn't working!!

2 1/2 hours to clear the driveway and sidewalk. 14" is what they say, however the drift by our backdoor was 3+ ft. Wind gusts to 40 MPH. Visions of walking on the beach when the sun us so hot the sand burns your feet and you need to walk in the water!

Welcome to the forum Pumpkin. I will stop complaining about our early cold spell here in N. Virginia. If anyone deserves to thaw out; it is you folks in Wisconsin. I do, and not kindly, remember my 2 years in Fairbanks, Alaska, with the 40's and 50's below zero; another reason for my not complaining. Perhaps, you should consider "Andrea's Invitation" to move to Florida...
