This is my 1st time posting like this so if I sound corny sorry! My husband Jim and I will be leaving for our 2nd Aruba trip on Friday July 24 and staying for a week at the Renaissance. Our 1st trip was last year and we stayed at the Marriot Ocean Club. We are really excited to return to such a beautiful island! Any suggestions about what we should do the 2nd time around. We took the full tour of the island the 1st time.

Boat ride...snorkel or sunset sail, rent a car and drive around, shop, eat...drink for that matter. Once you get on that private island you won't want to leave...peace,quiet, cocktails, nice boat ride....while I ramble, be sure to stay out late one evening on the island. THe last boat leaves at 6:45, but stay and take that one and just watch the sunset. Bring some drinks out with you and just watch the sunset. Its magnificient.

Welcome to the forum.

If you took the full island tour the last time, if you wished to get off the beach for a day you could rent a car and go back and revisit your favorite spots.

Another idea is take a snorkel excursion/lunch cruise. We loved Jolly Pirates and Tranquilo.

if your story is "corny" so be it.
we are a bunch or "corny" folks anyway.
join the club!

enjoy every moment of daylight on reneaissance island.
savor the sunsets.
win at the casinos. and if you do tell me how you did it!
and by all means do a sunset sail or a snorkel tour.

may i suggest an expedition to shark's teeth hill?!
