Lots of questions here please help we are Aruba virgins..
what would you like to know about the marriott?
the rooms are lovely, recently huge renovation, pool area is quite shady. the beach area is somewhat crowded. nice restaurants on property. nice casino on property.
good entertainment in lobby at lobby bar most evenings during the week.
check for capt morgan rum at your airport's duty free.
buying on island is more expensive than airport duty free
palmera rum is the local rum and is delicious.

Welcome to Aruba, Congratulations on your upcoming wedding. You have chosen a great location to spend your honeymoon. Marriott is a great resort and you will find all the amenities at your fingertips. They have three locations on the grounds, Marriott Ocean Club, Marriott Surf and Stellaris which is a beautiful location and the casino is a great , one of my moms favorites and mine as well.
You are close by the Palm Beach and Paseo Herencia mall walking distance and you are in the district of pretty much everything under the sun. You can even take a bus right outside the hotel or get a taxi at your convenience to go downtown where Aruba's highlights are and historical buildings as well as the harbor to get wonderful gifts at a reasonable price., jewlery shops by the dozens and so much to see and do.
Restaurants are so many to choose from and I recommend taking a look at the AGA Association where they have great wine and dine programs at great rates.
So many tours can be booked from snorkeling, jeep tours and so much more. I personally tell my friends to rent a car and discover the island on your own and enjoy the beauty that lays across this One Happy Island.
