When looking at the weather forcast I see cloudy --are these light clouds or heavy and dark (as I am accustomed to in Pennsylvania)?

Mostly scattered clouds.
Bring plenty of sunscreen.
You can get a bad burn in Aruba on a cloudy day under a palapa.
Been there done that.
