New to forum and new home owner on the island
Hi Everyone:

I am a new homeowner on the island and am looking forward to staying in my new home as of July 1st. This is a vacation home for us and we are very excited to spend three weeks getting settled in. We will rent it out when we are not using it.

I have been reading the different forum subjects and have found it very helpful. Thanks to everyone who posts...I'm learning a lot!
