Yes have seen countless dogs and their masters enjoying frolicking in the ocean often!!!
Some folks have them leashed, others do not.

Remember to bring a water bowl and a couple of bottles of water for them.
and pooper scooper bags. eeewwww

and a tennis ball or frisbee!!!

The small dog, in my picture, was under my seat. He did great. No barking until we landed in Aruba...
We will pick up our large dog at the airport on Thursday. She is coming on a cargo plane.
